Juan was born and raised in Pensacola, Florida. He earned his bachelor's degree in Construction Management and went on to spend eight years in the paint industry as a home builder representative with Sherwin Williams. Juan has two sons, 6 and 3 years old, who were also born and raised in Pensacola. Juan says he wanted to be part of a team that takes homebuilding to another level through creative and dynamic ideas. In his free time, he enjoys taking trips to Guatemala, relaxing at the beach, and spending quality time with his boys.
